A Hate Crime is any Hate Incident (see below) which
constitutes a criminal offence and is perceived by the victim, or
any other person, as being motivated by prejudice or

All hate incidents should be reported so that the Police
can use the information to identify trouble spots and prevent the
problem getting worse.
By tackling this type of crime together we hope to make
North Wales a safer place to live.
We have two ways for people to report hate crime without
visiting a police station or talking to a member of police
Victim Support has been funded by the Welsh Government to
increase the reporting of hate crimes and hate incidents across
Wales and to offer support to victims of these offences.
