Your Right to Information

The Freedom of information Act (FOIA) gives anyone anywhere in the world a right to request information held by North Wales Police.

The Data Protection Act gives an individual the right to have a copy of any personal data held about them by North Wales Police, unless an exemption applies.

The Freedom of Information Act also requires North Wales Police to have a Publication Scheme, where you will find information about the organisation that may be of interest to you.
