Burglary Appeal
22/06/2012
Police are appealing for information after two
homes in Coedpoeth Wrexham were broken into overnight.
Intruders broke into addresses in the Smithy
Road and Heol Maelor areas of Coedpoeth. The offenders
entered during the early hours through insecure doors.
Nothing was stolen from the Smithy Road
property, but thieves made off with a handbag, purse and mobile
phone left in the kitchen at the house in Heol Maelor.
Inspector Arwyn Jones from North Wales Police
said; “Police are working hard in investigating these crimes and
would ask members of the public to come forward if they have any
information in relation to who may be responsible.
“I would remind residents to ensure they take
care to lock all windows and doors before going to bed."
Inspector Jones added, “Anyone who
would like more information on protecting their property can
contact their crime prevention officer at North Wales Police on
101."
