Police are appealing for information after arsonists set fire to a car in the Glyn Ceiriog area of Wrexham County.

 

A black Mitsubishi Warrior L200 was set alight around 3.40pm on Monday June 4 in Glyn Uchaf, Glyn Ceiriog.

 

Witnesses report seeing a man running from the scene of the incident along Llanarmon Road into the village.

 

It is believed that he was collected by accomplices in a small green car that then left at speed.

 

The area was busy at the time with Jubilee parties taking place and lots of people out and about in the villages that form the route out of the area.
