Police warning of rural crime in Blaenau Ffestiniog

Police in Blaenau Ffestiniog are warning rural communities to be
on their guard following a theft from a farm in Cwm Cynfal, Blaenau
Ffestiniog recently.
Sometime between 12 noon on Friday
4th January and 1pm the following day Saturday
5th January thieves entered a farm yard and stole 40 x
Owens Nutrition High Energy Molasses Feed Lick as well as a
quantity of diesel from an unattended vehicle.
Investigating Officer PC Jess Whiteley said “I
would like to hear anyone who was in the Cwm Cynfal area of Blaenau
between Friday 4th and Sat 5th and may have
seen any suspicious activity or vehicle to make contact with
me.
“It is also worth reminding the local
community to be on their guard and if they see any suspicious
activity to contact Police on 101 and consider contacting local
Police for information about joining “Farm Watch”
