Attempt robbery in Rhyl

Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to an attempt
robbery on Aquarium Street in Rhyl.
The incident is believed to have happened
between 7.30pm and 7.45pm on Thursday 19th January.
Although nothing was stolen during the
incident, police are keen to trace the offender, who is described
as being white, approximately 5’5” tall and of slim build. He was
wearing a distinctive jacket which was bright blue with light
coloured hoops or stripes on the upper left arm.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may
have seen a man acting suspiciously in the area of Aquarium Street
and John Street between 7.30pm and 8pm is asked to contact DC
