Having cleared numerous areas of interest, we received information that the a mobile phone belonging to the MFH had been located by ground units We made for this location and commenced a search of the actual track. A short time later the crew of NW01 located the MFH, still alive, deep within the forestry the helicopter directed ground search units to the location. MRT attended and recovered the MFH to the nearest track to be medically examined and reunited with her daughter. |
