Enforcement of legislation relating to the riding
Summary of Issue:
Numerous complaints have been received from members of the public and local councillors regarding people riding bicycles on the footpath along the Shotton/Connahs Quay High Street. The bicycles are been ridden in a careless/reckless manner and have caused alarm and distress to many pedestrians. It appears to be a matter of time before a pedestrian is injured. Most complaints have come from the elderly.
