2. Anti-Social Behaviour
Summary of Issue:
Anti-Social Behaviour has improved greatly in recent months especially over the summer this year.
Updates:
With recent reports of mini moto's and quad bikes in the area, PC Gaudie and myself will be promoting a zero tolerance policy on the matter. On 12/1/12 I issued a Section 59 Notice to a male who was riding around the Pen y Bryn area causing noise and nuisance to neighbours and who had lost control of his bike and collided with another neighbour's car - no damage. However, this S59 will give the power to seize his bike on another occasion that this occurs. He has since sold the bike and no reports have been given since. As the NPT we will be giving priority to any reports of this and making enquiries as to who is responsible to riding with no insurance or helmets on public roads causing a nuisance.

3) Drugs
Summary of Issue:
Following recent surveys conducted in Llanfairfechan, one of the main areas of concern raised was the perceived use of drugs in the village.
Updates:
I have spoken with the youth leader Greg Kent in regards to holding a drugs awareness session in the youth club one Friday Evening named 'Choose Life Project' which does a powerful role play performance to schools and colleges around the country. He was very keen to do this and I will be arranging this for him as I think it would be of great benefit considering the amount of youths from the village attend the club to be aware of the dangers of drugs and the consequences it has on your life.
