Pcso Jones attended Abergele Slimming World and introduced herself to all attending.She spoke to the group, gave advice and contact details. 

 Abergele Slimming World was founded aprox 6 years ago and is managed by Tracy Webb.  They meet up every Wednesday at Abergele Community centre where they give each other advice and support.
