It was a difficult choice for PC Claire Williams as she was duly elected to be the presiding judge of the childrens Halloween  costumes on the Anwyl estate. The informal 'competition' has been on-going for a number of years now thanks to the encouragement of local neighbourhood watch co-ordinators Darran and Pam Gardner.

As can be seen from the attached photo's the standards were once again very high. Congratulations to all those who took part.
