Wrexham North Neighbourhood policing team are set to aim to please the public and are willing to accept feedback at an instance.In order to promote quality of service and to comply with customer satisfaction, local PCSO's are conducting the satisfaction feedback questionaire to all victims of crime and will forward the results to Insp Jones to act on the information immediately.The specific's are straightforward, we aim to please and will be looking at initial police contact, the action taken, any follow up, how you where treated and the any comments you would like to make on the whole experience with NWP.
