The Criminal Exploitation Team are looking for a Modern Apprentice

North Wales Police are currently recruiting a Modern Apprentice in the Criminal Exploitation Unit.

This is a rare opportunity for someone to learn about how the police are working to disrupt criminal exploitation as well as working towards a NVQ level 2 in Business Administration.

The successful candidate will be working in the Exploitation Team under Detective Inspector Tim Evans and will work alongside other Detectives and staff members in the department.

The role is varied and will include:

  • Processing exploitation referrals and information flags.
  • Arranging meetings with partner agencies.
  • Updating the team’s internal website with the latest guidance.
  • Dealing with information requests.
  • General administration and clerical support for the team.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to deal with telephone and general enquiries, ensure discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality is applied at all times and obtain a good understanding of business support services within North Wales Police.
