North Wales Police are investigating after thieves broke into an outbuilding in Caergeiliog, Holyhead.
Sometime between 7am, Saturday 11th and 1.30pm Saturday 25th November 2017 thieves broke into a outbuilding that was being renovated in Caergeiliog, Holyhead and stole a quality of power tools including a 240 Volt Makita Sliding Chop saw, Bosh 4KiloSus+ 240 Volt Drill and a Hilti SusMax 110 Volt Drill. The Hilti drill is well used, the Chopsaw is missing a dustbag and a distinctive mark on the metal guard, the blade is brand new.
Investigating Officer PC Lois Owen at Holyhead Police Station said ‘We’ve recently established the exact details of the tools stolen including catalogue photographs of the exact type. I am keen to hear any information about anyone selling power tools locally as well as from anyone who saw any suspicious behaviour or activity in the area at the time of the break-in. I’m also asking local businesses and communities to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately. It is also worth reminding the community to ensure their property is always locked and secured or kept out of sight.”
