Update in relation to the incident involving a suspicious package in Rhyl

Denbighshire Chief Inspector Alwyn Williams said: “We would like to thank the public for their cooperation during last night’s incident in John Street, Rhyl.

“We would like to reassure people that the response by the emergency services was proportionate to the information initially reported. Our priority was to ensure there was no threat to the wider public and thankfully this was the case.”
