We are appealing for information to trace the person responsible for a wounding in Wrexham last week.

Officers were called to an address in Pentre Gwyn Wrexham at 1.52pm on June 16 where a man had sustained serious stab wounds. He was taken by air ambulance to hospital in Stoke.

PC Jonathan Critchley said; “We believe there are individuals in the Caia Park community who know who is responsible for this serious crime and where that person might be.

“It’s important to remember that a man received life threatening injuries so I would urge those with  information to do the right thing and come forward.”
