Inspector to Chief Inspector Promotion Process

We are currently encouraging Inspectors from other forces to apply to us for promotion to Chief Inspector.

Applications will close at midnight on June 7 2020.

If successful through the paper sift you will be asked to complete two psychometric reports looking at your leadership and emotional intelligence. This will not be used for scoring or decision making.

Interviews will take place between July 1 and 9 2020.

If you are an Inspector interested in transferring to North Wales as a Chief Inspector, please email SSF.Recruitment@nthwales.pnn.police.uk to express your interest. We will then supply you with the relevant documentation to complete.  

Please be aware that if you are not successful through the promotion process, it is unlikely that we would accept you as a transferee Inspector.
